Struttura neoclassica, come la maggior parte delle architetture dell’800, il palazzo è edificato nella parte destra del borgo. L’edificio fa parte di un complesso più ampio con due grandi orti, la prima posta sul retro e la seconda nella parte iniziale. L’architettura si sviluppa in due piani distinti: il piano inferiore adibito a cantina e rimessa per gli animali, mentre il piano superiore era l’antica residenza della famiglia. All’interno, una luce splendente data dal bianco delle pareti, fa risaltare una volta a botte decorata con affreschi dal tema ancestrale in stile liberty, perfettamente abbinati alla struttura semplice e rigorosa dell’edificio. Il palazzo è di proprietà del Comune di Navelli ed è adibito a luogo per mostre ed eventi.
Palazzo De Roccis is a a neoclassical building, like most of the 19th century buildings. The structure is part of a larger complex with two large space, the first at the back and the second at the beginning. The building have two distinct floors: the lower floor used as a cellar and shed for animals, while the upper floor was the family’s ancient residence.In an internal barrel vault, a series of nineteenth-century frescoes with an ancestral, perfectly combined with the simple and rigorous structure of the building. The building is owned by the Municipality of Navelli and is used as a place for exhibitions and events.
